Our Core Skills clinic helps all players in becoming a terrific lacrosse player!
This clinic will focus solely on the CORE SKILLS of the game with a primary emphasis on - scooping, cradling, throwing, catching, dodging, shooting, and basic defensive positioning. Learning proper technique and mastering these skills is absolutely vital at any age and these small class sizes allow for personal instruction so the players can identify and practice the correct form both in the clinic and at home until it becomes habitual.
*Required Experience: None
*Required Equipment: Regulation girls lacrosse stick, goggles, and mouth guard.
